För att genomföra en beställning måste kund vara 18 år och myndig, man kan inte göra köp som minderårig med målsmans tillstånd utan då behöver målsman göra köpet. Med kund avses en fysisk person. Maxa Sport Sverige tillämpar Lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, det innebär att ni som kund har rätt till 14 dagar från köptillfället ångerrätt utan speciell anledning.

ÖPPET KÖP
Maxa Sport Sverige erbjuder returer inom 14 dagar från den dagen du mottar din beställning. Beställningar av Maxa Sport produkter görs via maxasport.se och besvaras med en skriftlig orderbekräftelse via e-post. Normal leveranstid är 1-3 arbetsdagar, vid eventuella avvikelser kontaktar vi er. Under perioder med högt ordertryck t.ex. vid reor och kampanjer beräknas leveranstiden till 1-7 arbetsdagar.

Maxa Sport Sverige kan inte hållas ansvarig att leverera slutsåld eller utgången produkt. I orderbekräftelse-mailet skickas även med en hänvisning till Maxa Sports Sveriges köpevillkor.  Vid eventuell försening har ni rätt att häva köpet om ni inte godkänner en ny leveranstid. Vill ni häva ert köp på grund av fördröjd leveranstid och har förskottsbetalat så återbetalas pengarna till ert konto inom 7 arbetsdagar.

Vi reserverar oss för slutförsäljning samt eventuella prisfel som kan uppstå och förbehåller oss rätten att avslå order. Vårt lager stämmer till största del och om en vara är slut meddelas ni via e-post.

EJ UTHÄMTADE PAKET INOM SVERIGE 
Vid ej uthämtat paket inom 7 dagar kommer paketet att returneras till Maxa Sport Sverige. Då debiteras kund en extra avgift på 150 kr utöver kostnaden för returfrakten. 

RETURER INOM SVERIGE 
Vid returnering av varor bekostat frakten av kunden. Fraktkostnaden för returer är 69 kr. Om returens vikt överstiger 20 kg räknas returkostnaden upp i förhållande till returens vikt dock aldrig högre än 99 kr.

VID BESTÄLLNINGAR UTANFÖR SVERIGE 
Vid beställningar utanför Sverige ansvarar kunden för att betala eventuell importskatt och moms i det land som kunden beställer till. Kunden ansvarar själv för att kolla upp vad varorna kostar att importera till sitt land. Kunden ansvarar också för att betala de eventuella extra avgifter som kunden debiteras för lokalt i samband med leverans. Kunden ansvarar själv för att kolla upp om eventuella extra avgifter tillkommer vid lokal leverans i sitt land. 

EJ UTHÄMTADE PAKET I NORGE, DANMARK OCH FINLAND
Vid ej uthämtat paket inom 7 dagar kommer paketet att returneras till Maxa Sport Sverige. Då debiteras kund en extra avgift på 300 kr utöver kostnaden för returfrakten. 

RETURER UTANFÖR SVERIGE 
Vid returnering av varor från Norge, Danmark och Finland bekostat returfrakten av kunden. Fraktkostnaden för returer är 149 kr. Om returens vikt överstiger 31 kg räknas returkostnaden upp i förhållande till returens vikt dock aldrig högre än 299 kr.

To place an order, the customer must be 18 years of age and of legal age, you cannot make a purchase as a minor with the permission of a guardian, but then the guardian needs to make the purchase. Customer refers to a natural person. Maxa Sport Sverige applies the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises, which means that you as a customer have the right to 14 days from the time of purchase to cancel without any special reason.

OPEN PURCHASE Maxa Sport offers returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Orders for Maxa Sport Sverige products are made via maxasport.se and are answered with a written order confirmation via email. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days, in case of any deviations we will contact you. During periods of high order pressure, e.g. during sales and campaigns, the delivery time is estimated to be 1-7 working days.

Maxa Sport Sverige cannot be held responsible for delivering sold-out or expired products. The order confirmation email also includes a reference to Maxa Sport's terms and conditions of purchase. In the event of any delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not accept a new delivery time. If you want to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery time and have paid in advance, the money will be refunded to your account within 7 working days. We reserve the right to final sales and any price errors that may occur and reserve the right to refuse orders. Our inventory is mostly accurate and if an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES WITHIN SWEDEN
If the package is not collected within 7 days, the package will be returned to Maxa Sport Sverige. The customer will then be charged an additional fee of SEK 150 in addition to the cost of return shipping.

RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN
When returning goods, the shipping cost is paid by the customer. The shipping cost for returns is SEK 69. If the weight of the return exceeds 20 kg, the return cost is calculated in relation to the weight of the return, but never higher than SEK 99.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE SWEDEN
For orders outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for paying any import tax and VAT in the country to which the customer orders. The customer is responsible for checking what the goods cost to import to their country. The customer is also responsible for paying any additional fees that the customer is charged locally in connection with delivery. The customer is responsible for checking whether any additional fees apply to local delivery in their country.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES IN NORWAY, DENMARK AND FINLAND
